Royal Select Mountain Water Processed Decaf coffee is sourced from lots that the Royal team has selected based on cupping evaluations. After selection, the green coffee is pre-soaked in water to expand the beans for caffeine extraction. Unlike decaffeination processes that use chemicals, the beans are then introduced to a solution concentrated with coffee solubles that extract the caffeine without extracting the coffee’s particular flavor.

Arisarina Cooperative is a coffee producer coop, established in 2013 located at the highlands of Gayo, Aceh Province Country of Indonesia.
The membership has reached 2000 Gayo coffee farmers. All have a common goal and effort to improve the quality of coffee that grows by the community in Gayo highlands and maintain and preserve the ecosystem as a place to grow of the highest quality coffee beans.
