We roast fresh coffee Monday through Thursday. Please order before 8 am EST to get your coffee shipped out the same day. Orders placed after 8 am EST will be fulfilled the following roast day. We are closed for major holidays and the occasional snowstorm. We are located in Vermont and USPS does not guarantee their 1-3 day delivery times but most packages will arrive in that time frame depending on the destination.

Bold, winey flavor and a grapefruit mouth feel.
Swiss Water Process is a chemical free process. The green coffee is pre-soaked in pure, hot water to create a solution, which is passed through activated charcoal filters that extract the caffeine without extracting the coffee’s particular flavor.
